You agree not to:

The platform, its analytics, strategy logic, design, and content are owned by Nhuga or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may view content for personal, non-commercial use unless we agree otherwise in writing.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time without notice. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will be accurate or current.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nhuga and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or reliance on, the platform or any content or data on it, including any trading or investment losses.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
